My client are currently looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for someone to head up a newly won contract and join the business in an exciting period of growth.
Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of SHDF. You will be responsible for ensuring P s and subcontractors. You will report directly to the Operations manager who will support you in making the contracts successful.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing planned maintenance and retrofit contracts. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve is essential.
