Overview
Painter and Decorator – Essex. CSCS Card required. Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Ongoing work. Internal and external painting projects. Paid CIS.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix and match colours to achieve desired shades and finishes.
- Communicate with clients to discuss their preferences and provide professional advice on colour schemes and design options.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the duration of projects.
