Overview
In this role, you will work alongside a commercial manager ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met. You will be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong health & safety practices across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLOs and sub-contractors. You will report directly to the divisional director who will support you in making the contract a success.
Responsibilities

- Maintain high service levels and quality, and manage cost control.
- Create CPP and programming of works and budgeting.
- Implement strong health & safety practices across all projects.
- Lead a direct team that includes site management, supervisors, RLOs and sub-contractors.
- Report to the divisional director to support contract success.
Candidate/Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing external & internal planned maintenance as well as reactive maintenance contracts. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and problem solving in complex situations. A good knowledge of up-to-date legislations and strong organisational skills. Ability to create a strong working environment where the team collaborates to achieve targets and build strong client and team relationships.
