Multi Trader to ASAP East London RM, E or IG. Van and fuel card supplied. Must have references. Β£24.24 per hour. Temp for 4 months at least.
Day to Day: The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:
- Carpentry - Kitchen Fitting
- Plumbing - Bathroom fitting
- Plastering
- Painting
- Tiling
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trade:
- Experience in residential properties
- Good social skills
- Good customer service
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- DBS check
- Drivers Licenses
- Qualifications desired but not essential
