Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor, is currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division. Projects that are being delivered are Mechanical and Electrical projects. They will be delivered to Schools and Universities across London.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of sub‑contractors & direct operatives
  • Lead the site team to the best of your ability
  • Manage delivery of works to specification
  • Have several direct reports to manage including RLOs and office staff
  • Pre & post inspections of works
  • Health & safety & quality checks

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering M&E projects
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness certifications
