Our Client, a rapidly growing construction contractor, is currently looking for a Void Manager to join their planned works division on a new four-year contract in West London. Projects are being delivered to void properties across East London, including tower blocks and scattered properties. You will be required to open 5-10 properties a week.

On a day-to-day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

  • Management of sub-contractors
  • Lead the site team to the best of your ability
  • Manage delivery of works to specification
  • Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
  • Pre & post inspections of works
  • Health & safety & quality checks

My client is looking for someone with experience running voids projects, strong communication skills, and a proven track record managing void projects within the Social Housing sector. A valid First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. Having your own vehicle is also a requirement for this position.

This is a permanent position which will offer development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
