Role
- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works within occupied and void residential properties.
- Prepare walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork ready for decoration.
- Apply emulsion, gloss and other finishes to a high standard.
- Carry out minor repairs and surface preparation before decorating.
- Complete all works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
- Experience working in occupied and void properties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own hand tools.
