The predicted salary is between 18 - 22 £ per hour.

Location: Bristol - Bath - Frome (Various Locations)

Rate: Up to £21 per hour

Contract: Temporary

We are currently working with a leading contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team working across Bristol, Bath and Frome on a programme of window and door replacements and repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RLO to work closely with residents, site teams and contractors, ensuring works are communicated effectively and delivered with minimal disruption to residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the window and door replacement and repair programme.
  • Carry out resident visits and regular communication before and throughout the works.
  • Explain the scope and programme of works clearly to residents.
  • Arrange access and appointments with residents and ensure works can progress efficiently.
  • Keep residents informed of upcoming works, appointments and any changes to the programme.
  • Identify and support vulnerable residents, putting appropriate measures in place where required.
  • Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Liaise closely with site managers, supervisors, contractors and client representatives.
  • Attend properties and sites to support the smooth delivery of works.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident communications, visits, appointments and feedback.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to the relevant team and follow through to resolution.
  • Help minimise disruption to residents and maintain strong relationships throughout the programme.
  • Promote excellent customer service and resident engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison Officer, or similar.
  • Experience working on window and door replacements, repairs, planned works or refurbishment projects.
  • Experience working within social housing or occupied properties would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident dealing with residents, contractors and client representatives.
  • Good IT and administrative skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.
