We are currently working with a well established Housing Association who seek a qualified Electrician to join their team, covering the Cambridgeshire and surrounding area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of electrical testing and maintenance within occupied residential properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical inspection, testing, and certification
- Perform responsive and planned maintenance works
- Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service within occupied properties
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Inspection & Testing qualification
- Full UK driving licence
