Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are currently working on behalf of a large social housing contractor who are looking for Damp & Mould Operatives to cover Kingston and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Damp & Mould Operatives with a multi-trade background to join an established repairs and maintenance team carrying out works within residential properties.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out damp and mould treatments
- Thermal boarding
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Carrying out associated multi-trade repairs
- Working within occupied properties
- Completing works to a high standard and right first time
- Working safely and professionally within residents' homes
- Providing a professional service to residents
To be considered for this role, you must have previous damp and mould experience, including experience with thermal boarding. A multi-trade background and previous experience within social housing or residential maintenance would be highly desirable. You will also need a full UK driving licence.
