Fortus are currently representing a maintenance contractor who are looking for a Ground worker to join their property services division. This is a mobile position working in the South London area to carry out external repairs and maintenance within occupied & void social housing properties.
Duties will include:
- General Groundwork repairs
- Drainage repairs
- Manhole repairs
- Brick repairs
- Slabbing
- Block paving
- Fencing
The successful candidate will need strong customer services as this will be dealing with tenants on a daily basis.
