Our client, a large housing provider, is currently looking for a General Manager to lead their direct labour team on day-to-day responsive repair contracts.
The Role:
- Work alongside a Commercial Manager and the Operations Director.
- Manage multiple site teams and a large Direct Labour Organisation (DLO).
- Strategically plan projects and problem-solve in complex situations.
- Possess extensive building knowledge and experience in responsive maintenance and partnering frameworks.
- Have a good knowledge of up-to-date legislation and strong organisational skills.
- Create a strong working environment where everyone works as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract.
