Responsibilities
- Inspect and test fire and smoke dampers in line with statutory requirements and British Standards
- Accurately record condition, accessibility, and operational performance
- Produce clear, factual inspection reports supported by photographic evidence
- Identify defects, non-compliances, and access issues requiring remedial action
- Upload inspection data and reports to company systems and client portals
- Work in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients and site personnel
Desirable qualifications
