We re currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join a well-established contractor based in Ongar.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with experience in social housing, voids, and disrepair works to join a busy, supportive team.

The

Role: As a Repairs Administrator, you ll play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring repairs are managed efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling and coordinating repairs, voids and disrepair works.

Liaising with tenants to arrange appointments and provide updates on outstanding works.

Managing operatives diaries and ensuring workloads are effectively planned.

Preparing and processing variations for approval.

Working with SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes to accurately raise and manage works orders.

Supporting Contract Managers and Supervisors with day-to-day administration.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all systems are kept up to date.

Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring contractual KPIs are met.
