Up to £25,000 per annum
Hours- 08:00 - 16:00

Social housing providing managing 500 plus residential properties in Dagenham.
Day to Day:
Undertake repairs and maintenance works to properties
Hinges, locks, general Handyman tasks
Undertake pest proofing, mould washes, void and communal bulk waste clearance works in accordance
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Handyman:
Experience in residential properties
Driving License
Good social skills
Good customer service
Asbestos awareness certificate
DBS check
Drivers Licenses
Qualifications desired
Benefits:
Statutory Holiday leave 28 days including bank holidays
Option contributory pension scheme
Overtime opportunities would exist on weekends and holidays for this division.
