Internal Planned Maintenance – Social Housing
Up to £55,000 Plus Package
Responsibilities:
- Management of sub‑contractors & direct operatives
- Lead the site team to the best of your ability
- Manage delivery of works to specification
- Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
- Pre & post inspections of works
- Health & safety & quality checks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects.
- A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
- This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
