Contract Supervisor- inspection, plan backs and quoting/coding up works Barnet and Westminster (work from home occasionally visit office) Up to 40k plus vehicle and fuel card Our Client are currently looking for a contract supervisor. They have recently won a number of new contracts in their division and as such they are looking to add to their team. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives Quality Service: Manage and optimize work schedules to align with company procedures, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Client Relations: Represent our company with confidence at client and resident meetings, reinforcing our commitment to quality and reliability. Cost Control: Effectively manage material costs, following established processes and procedures. Quoting/pricing up work. Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality through regular inspections, performance reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys. Communicate with Tenants. Pre and post Inspections.
