Planned Maintenance & FRA Projects

Overview

My client is currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for someone to head up a number of new contracts and join the business in an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of planned maintenance and re-cladding schemes across London & Home Counties, including re-cladding of low-rise tower blocks, kitchen and bathroom replacements, window and door renewals and FRA projects.
  • Ensure P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain the highest standard of service and quality, together with cost control.
  • Create CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
  • Implement strong H&S across all projects.
  • Lead a direct team of item managers, supervisors, RLOs and sub-contractors.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager and support contract success.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive building knowledge and experience managing planned maintenance and retrofit contracts.
  • Experience managing multiple site teams, strategic project planning and problem-solving in complex situations.
  • Strong knowledge around BS R and the Building Safety Act, and strong IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to create a strong working environment and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
