We are currently looking for an experienced Fire Stopping Surveyor / Supervisor to join our growing team.

Base Location: Enfield, North London

Work Location: Nationwide (primarily commercial projects)

Rate: £230–£250 per day (CIS/Self-Employed)

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection / Fire Stopping (essential)
  • Proven experience in passive fire protection and fire stopping
  • Experience carrying out surveys and supervising fire stopping works
  • Good understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fire stopping surveys on commercial buildings
  • Supervise fire stopping operatives on site
  • Ensure works are completed to the required fire safety standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate reports
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and site management to ensure successful project delivery
