We are currently working with a leading contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team working across Bristol, Bath and Frome on a programme of window and door replacements and repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RLO to work closely with residents, site teams and contractors, ensuring works are communicated effectively and delivered with minimal disruption to residents. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the window and door replacement and repair programme. Carry out resident visits and regular communication before and throughout the works. Explain the scope and programme of works clearly to residents. Arrange access and appointments with residents and ensure works can progress efficiently. Keep residents informed of upcoming works, appointments and any changes to the programme.
