We’re currently looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to join a housing maintenance team in Billericay, covering reactive repairs and void works.
The Role
- Supervise and support operatives across reactive and void works
- Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair works as required
- Monitor quality, productivity, and health & safety
- Coordinate workloads and ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and management
- Help resolve issues on site and ensure works meet required standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a working supervisor / supervisor role within social housing or property maintenance
- Strong knowledge of reactive repairs and voids
- Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements
- Able to lead by example while remaining hands-on
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Relevant trade background preferred
