An established property services contractor is looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to join their growing team working in and around Woking. This is a permanent role offering stability, varied work and the opportunity to work on a long term social housing maintenance contract.

The Role

  • Carry out day to day plumbing and multi trade repairs within occupied and void residential properties
  • Diagnose and rectify faults within plumbing and associated trade related repair requests
  • Carry out bathroom installations including tiling works
  • Respond quickly to emergency and reactive repairs
  • Complete all works to a high standard with a right first time approach
  • Keep tenants updated on progress and planned works
  • Complete accurate job records including photographic evidence where required
  • Participate in an out of hours call out rota

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years plumbing and maintenance experience, ideally within social housing
  • Experience carrying out bathroom installations
  • Ability to complete additional secondary trade skills
  • Strong diagnostic and problem solving ability
  • Self motivated with good workload management skills
  • Professional and customer focused approach

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures in maintenance environments

Desirable

  • Experience with laminate flooring installation
