The Company Fortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the industry. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for Plumbers based around the Thatcham area. It is paying between 36/40K plus bonuses.
Day to Day:
- Property maintenance
- All Plumbing Aspects
- Install and repair water, heating and drainage systems
- Cut, shape and join pipes and fittings
- Service gas and oil-fired central heating systems and radiators
- Respond to emergency call-outs, like broken boilers or blocked drains
- Multi Trade Repairs
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Experience within Property Maintenance
- Customer service skills
- Multi Trade Experience
