Fortus Recruitment Group are seeking a Contracts Manager to deliver social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects across Cambridge and surrounding areas. You will lead disrepair, structural repairs and DMC works, and manage on-site teams and subcontractors to achieve safe, timely and high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social housing contracts and hold SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness, with excellent organisational skills.
