My client are currently looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for someone to head up a long term contract and join the business in an exciting period of growth.
Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of SHDF & Planned Maintenance schemes across London & Essex. Projects that are being delivered will be across low & high rise tower blocks and scattered properties for a large housing association client.
The Role:
- Ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
- Ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
- Implementing strong H&S across all projects.
- Managing a direct team that includes site management, supervisors, RLO's and subcontractors.
- Reporting directly to the Operations manager who will support you in making the contracts successful.
The Candidate:
- Extensive building knowledge and experience managing planned maintenance and retrofit contracts.
- Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.
- Strong knowledge around BSR and the building safety act as well as strong IT skills are essential.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Able to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract.
- Able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.
- A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
