About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned works team. Works are being carried out to occupied properties and include planned maintenance refurbishment projects which are mainly retrofit and external works.
Responsibilities:
- Booking in appointments to visit occupied properties
- Carrying out condition surveys
- Dealing with resident complaints
- Working hand in hand with the site team to get works completed to the correct standard
- Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer
- Strong communication skills, both written and face to face
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work within a team and of your own accord
Contract Details:
This is a temporary position with potential to develop your career.
