Fortus is representing a maintenance contractor looking for a Repairs Supervisor in the TW & KT postal area.
This permanent position involves delivering reactive works repair service to scattered housing properties.
The role includes day-to-day supervision of direct operatives and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day supervision of operatives
- Pre- and post-inspections of works
- Organising and allocating operative workload in association with the programme
- Toolbox talks & health and safety monitoring
- Using NHF SOR to price works
- Travelling between properties
- Liaising with the client and tenants over works
