Internal and External Planned Maintenance – Social Housing

Up to £31,000 plus package

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry. Our client are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned works team. My client are based in Norwich and they are carrying out a planned works programme in the surrounding areas. Works are being carried out to occupied properties and include planned maintenance refurbishment projects, which will be a mixture of internals and externals.

Responsibilities

  • Booking in appointments to visit occupied properties
  • Carrying out condition surveys
  • Dealing with resident complaints
  • Working hand in hand with the site team to get works completed to the correct standard
  • Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors

Qualifications

My client are seeking someone with experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer with strong communication skills over the phone and face to face and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and of your own accord is also desired. A valid UK drivers licence is also required for this position.
