Project Quantity Surveyor Planned & Reactive Maintenance - Day to Day Repairs, External, Internals Refurbishment & FRA Projects. Up to £65,000 plus package. Our client, an established maintenance contractor based in the East Anglia area, is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor for its property services division. The company has a turnover of over £50 million per annum and delivers day‑to‑day planned maintenance, construction and external refurbishment projects across the South East. With long‑term contracts secured and further frameworks and projects in the pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity with long‑term security and career prospects. We are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. We would consider an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a step‑up.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:

  • Cost planning
  • Closing out and setting up contracts commercially
  • Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
  • Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
  • Work off the NHF Schedule of rates
  • Approve sub‑contractor & supplier payments
  • Attend & charter progress meetings with clients
  • Regular on‑site visits
  • Overlook P&L with operational leads
  • Cash flow management
