Multi Trade Plasterer - Permanent
Location: Bedfordshire
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am til 16:30pm
Salary: £37,440 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Vehicle: Company van and fuel card provided
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join our team on a permanent basis, working across Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and void property repairs, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plastering and multi-trade repairs in occupied and void properties.
- Complete reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard.
- Undertake void property repairs and prepare properties for re-let.
- Diagnose and resolve general maintenance issues where required.
- Work safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements.
- Maintain professional standards when working in customers' homes.
- Complete paperwork and job records accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer.
- Strong plastering skills with experience in general property maintenance.
- Experience working on reactive repairs and/or void properties.
- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
