My client are an established construction contractor who are currently recruiting for a Divisional Manager to head up a newly won partnership with a Housing Association across London & South East.

The Role:

  • Work alongside a commercial manager ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
  • Direct team will include Operations managers, contract managers, supervisors & office staff.
  • Report directly to the divisional director who will support you in making the contracts a success.

The Candidate:

  • Extensive building knowledge and experience in responsive maintenance and partnering frameworks.
  • Experience managing multiple site teams, a large DLO, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date legislations and strong organisational skills is desired.
  • Ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract.
  • Build strong relationships with the client and your team members.
  • Building teams to hit and overachieve KPIs and Targets.
  • Ability to manage P&L on contracts.
