My client are an established construction contractor who are currently recruiting for a Divisional Manager to head up a newly won partnership with a Housing Association across London & South East.
The Role:
- Work alongside a commercial manager ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
- Responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
- Direct team will include Operations managers, contract managers, supervisors & office staff.
- Report directly to the divisional director who will support in making the contracts a success.
The Candidate:
- Extensive building knowledge and experience in responsive maintenance and partnering frameworks.
- Experience managing multiple site teams, a large DLO, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.
- Good knowledge of up-to-date legislations and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract.
- Build strong relationships with the client and team members.
- Build teams to hit and overachieve KPIs and Targets.
- Ability to manage P&L on contracts.
