A leading contractor is looking for a Senior Repairs Administrator to join their responsive repairs team in Brentwood. This permanent position focuses on managing workflow, delivering excellent customer service, overseeing a team of up to 15 administrators/planners, and ensuring operational KPIs are consistently achieved within a fast-paced repairs and maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day workflow within the responsive repairs team
  • Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of up to 15 staff members
  • Monitoring and tracking KPIs to ensure service delivery targets are achieved
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service and resolving escalated queries
  • Managing repairs administration processes from job allocation through to completion
  • Liaising with operatives, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
