Day to Day Repairs & Planned Maintenance – Property Services
Up to £60,000 Plus Package
Our client, a national construction contractor, is currently looking for an Operations Manager to lead their direct labour team on day to day Responsive Repair & Planned Works contracts.
The Role:
- Work alongside a Commercial Manager and the Operations Director ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
- Responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
- Direct team will include Contract managers, project managers, supervisors, a direct labour team & office staff.
- Report directly to the Operations Director who will support in making the service a success.
The Candidate:
- Extensive building knowledge and experience in responsive maintenance and partnering frameworks.
- Experience managing multiple site teams, a large DLO, strategically planning projects and problem solving in complex situations.
- Good knowledge of up to date legislations and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract.
- Build strong relationships with the client and team members.
- Build teams to hit and overachieve KPI's and Targets.
- Ability to manage P&L on contracts.
