Title: Video Production and Livestream Manager
Fortune is seeking a dynamic Video Production and Livestream Manager to join our team. The Video Production and Livestream Manager is a critical member of Fortune’s multimedia team, overseeing the day-to-day production operations for studio shoots, field production prep, and live streams.
This person will be responsible for managing technical logistics, camera setups, and post-production workflows—ensuring seamless execution across all video content. A deep understanding of live streaming technology and server-based storage systems is essential for this role.
You will:
Manage all phases of video production, including pre-production equipment planning, studio execution, and post-production delivery.
Manage camera setups for studio and field shoots (multi-cam, ENG, and DSLR), ensuring best-in-class visual and audio quality.
Oversee and operate live streaming workflows for Fortune’s virtual events, panels, and news coverage, including RTMP setup, encoding, and platform integration (e.g., YouTube Live, on-site, and LinkedIn Live).
Maintain and optimize media storage infrastructure, including SAN/NAS systems and cloud-based archives (e.g., LucidLink, Dropbox, Frame.io, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live or recorded productions.
Collaborate with producers, editors, designers, and external vendors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain studio equipment and manage inventory, recommending upgrades and new gear as needed.
Ensure all video assets are backed up and archived according to Fortune’s digital asset management (DAM) protocols.
You have:
5+ years of experience in video production, with at least 2 years in a managerial or oversight role.
Proven experience producing and managing live stream events.
Deep knowledge of professional video cameras (Sony FX series, Canon C-series, Blackmagic, etc.), lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.

Location: This role will be based in NYC with 5 days/week in the office.
