Fortune is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to oversee and manage our Salesforce ecosystem across the UK and EU regions. This role will lead system integration, workflow automation, data governance, and user enablement — ensuring that Salesforce serves as a robust backbone for sales, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, a strong understanding of business processes, and experience supporting multi-region operations with a focus on scalability, compliance, and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full Salesforce CRM setup, administration, and optimisation across the UK & EU regions.
- Manage end-to-end system integrations with marketing, event, and analytics tools (e.g., SFMC, Cvent, Zoom, etc.).
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, validation rules, workflows, Flows, and approval processes.
- Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and enrichment activities.
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all Salesforce operations, including consent management and regional data handling.
- Implement and document data governance frameworks for multi-country operations.
- Design and optimise workflow automations and approval processes to support sales and marketing efficiency.
- Manage assignment rules, email alerts, and process automation to streamline business operations.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track key metrics (pipeline, conversion, engagement, etc.).
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Serve as the primary Salesforce point of contact for UK & EU users.
- Manage user access, roles, and permission sets in alignment with data security policies.
- Deliver training sessions and user guides to enhance adoption and best practices across teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including system integration and automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and familiarity with Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns).
- Proven experience managing multi-region CRM environments with GDPR compliance.
- Possess unrestricted work rights in the UK.
- Skilled in data import/export, deduplication, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience with automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Assignment Rules).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic system design with day-to-day operational management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
- Experience integrating tools such as Cvent, Zoom, Zapier, or Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Familiarity with SQL and API-based integrations.
- GDPR or Data Privacy Certification.
