Fortune is seeking a proactive, creative, and tech-driven Marketing Manager to join our UK/European Sales & Marketing team. The role involves account communications, lead generation, demand generation, and commercial product developments, playing a crucial role in driving revenue across our global media platforms, including digital, conferences, video, podcast, print, and social media. We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Manager with a commercial mindset to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that engage prospects, nurture existing audiences, and support revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in full-funnel marketing activations, including newsletter/email marketing, Canva/design skills, coding experience, and lead generation programs. Success in this position will be measured by the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, audience engagement, and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the creation and execution of lead generation and demand generation programs, leveraging digital channels to drive high-quality prospects.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Commercial team to create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Optimize marketing efforts through data-driven insights, tracking campaign performance, and refining strategies accordingly.
Account & Audience Engagement:
- Build and maintain effective account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Oversee email marketing initiatives, crafting compelling messaging and ensuring best practices in segmentation and automation.
- Utilize CRM tools to track audience interactions, refine engagement strategies, and personalize marketing efforts.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all client and internal communications.
Creative & Digital Innovation:
- Leverage Canva and other design tools to create visually compelling marketing materials that enhance audience engagement.
- Identify and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and audience nurturing.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep Fortune at the forefront of digital engagement.
Event & Commercial Product Support:
- Provide marketing support for events, ensuring strong pre-event promotion, seamless execution, and impactful post-event follow-ups.
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop go-to-market strategies for new media products and advertising solutions.
- Assist in the development of post-event recap decks, performance reports, and key learnings for internal and client review.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
