As a General Recruiter, you will lead recruitment efforts for various positions within our London office, emphasizing media sales roles. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing diverse talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless hiring experience. You will also be responsible for researching market trends, recommending strategies, and making competitive offers to secure top talent.
- Research industry trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge in attracting talent.
- Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and interviews to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally focusing on media, sales, or creative industries.
