About the Role: Fortune is seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager – Digital to drive the success of our digital advertising initiatives. In this role, you will manage and execute online advertising campaigns, develop strategic media plans, and build strong client relationships. You will play a key role (as directed by the management) in campaign management and strategic planning, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction while enabling our sales teams to focus on revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, custom content and marketing teams to craft compelling media plans that align with client objectives and maximize revenue.
- Oversee campaign optimization, leveraging data analytics to enhance performance and ROI.
- Provide guidance on digital advertising best practices and account management.
- Contribute to the development of new digital offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
- Streamline processes for RFP responses, insertion orders, and sales follow-ups to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with editorial teams and custom content teams to ensure branded content initiatives align with Fortune’s audience and editorial standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or account management; experience at an agency or publisher preferred.
- The role requires being in our London City-based office and 5 days per week.
- Lean, fast-paced, collaborative work environment focusing on delivering high-quality results.
- Be authorized in the UK as we can't offer work sponsorship at this point.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Cvent etc.
- Proven experience in selling digital inventory, branded content, print advertisements, logo licenses, and event sponsorships.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly via phone and email.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
- A proactive, confident, and solution-oriented mindset in managing multiple clients and projects.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative digital solutions.
