The role involves:
- Research at the heart of everything we do.
- Being an integral part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
- Delivering outstanding search assignments from briefing through to final delivery.
- Market mapping, direct sourcing, and candidate identification.
- Candidate outreach, engagement, and initial suitability assessment.
- Producing high-quality longlists, summaries, and client-facing reports.
- Representing Fortune Hill in client update meetings.
- CRM management and supporting new business development.
- Becoming a genuine domain expert in Marketing and Commercial leadership.
