The Role
As a Research Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering executive search assignments from briefing through to appointment. You will work closely with Consultants, supporting high-quality, research-driven searches and engaging with senior leaders across the UK and Europe. This is a fast-paced role in a high-performing, collaborative environment, offering strong exposure to executive search best practice and clear opportunities to develop.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering detailed market mapping and talent research
- Identifying, engaging, and assessing senior-level candidates
- Supporting searches end-to-end, ensuring they are run to Fortune Hill standards
- Preparing high-quality client-facing reports and materials
- Managing data and search activity through our CRM
- Building market knowledge and supporting relationship development
About You
- 2 yearsβ minimum experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related research role
- Confident engaging with senior professionals
- Curious, organised, and detail-focused
- Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
- A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Motivated by quality, learning, and long-term career progression
