Global Chief People Officer | London, Hybrid

In little more than a decade, our client has quickly become one of UK’s most valuable private companies. With 14,000 people operating in 27 countries, the business will continue to deliver unprecedented growth both through organic means and M&A.

Reporting to the Founder and CEO, you\’ll lead a 130-person HR function supporting global operations, driving talent strategy, and enabling organisational transformation. The CPO will play a critical role in shaping the organisation’s future, setting the agenda for thousands of colleagues worldwide, and creating a lasting impact as this ambitious and disruptive business continues to scale. This role is pivotal to the delivery of further sustainable growth and the delivery of a premium service to international consumers.
