Following a second consecutive year of record-breaking growth - with completed searches across the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Italy, and Spain - we're expanding our team.
The role involves:
- Market mapping, direct sourcing, and candidate identification
- Candidate outreach, engagement, and initial suitability assessment
- Producing high-quality longlists, summaries, and client-facing reports
- Representing Fortune Hill in client update meetings
- CRM management and supporting new business development
- Becoming a genuine domain expert in Marketing and Commercial leadership
