Our client, a leading digital business at the forefront of innovation, is seeking a talented Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join their executive team and drive the next phase of global expansion. This is a high-impact role, overseeing a nine-figure performance marketing budget and shaping growth strategy across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and global objectives
- Oversee and optimise a nine-figure performance marketing budget to maximise ROI and market impact
- Provide full-funnel marketing leadership: Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, SEO, ASO, Retargeting, and Display
- Lead and inspire teams of circa 100 people
- Leverage advanced martech and analytics platforms to inform strategic decisions and optimise performance
- Drive the integration and continuous optimisation of a robust, scalable marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow and actionable insights across all channels
- Champion the use of attribution modelling to accurately measure and optimise channel performance, customer journeys, and marketing ROI
- Implement advanced data modelling, predictive analytics, dashboarding, and reporting automation to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Utilise machine learning and generative AI to surface deep insights, automate routine tasks, and hyper-personalise user journeys

- Deep technical expertise in martech stack design, integration, and optimisation, with a focus on scalability, interoperability, and ROI
- Advanced skills in data modelling, predictive analytics, dashboarding, and reporting automation
- Mastery of modern marketing analytics platforms, attribution modelling, and the application of machine learning and generative AI for insight generation and personalisation
