This role involves participating in a 12‑week training programme to master the robot sprayer. You will inspect the quality of Shaws sinks, operate and maintain robotic spray systems to apply engobe undercoat and glaze paint to clay sinks with precision and consistency, and ensure each sink meets our exacting standards before it moves to the kiln department.
