Spray Cell Operative - Manual - Split Shift in Wolverhampton

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Spray Cell Operative working across our two day shifts (Monday- Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm). In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining our manual spray booth to apply engobe undercoat and glaze paint to clay sinks with precision and consistency.
• Ensuring every sink meets our exacting standards before it moves to the kiln department, taking pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What you are already great at:

• Operating automated or robotic spraying equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Performing detailed inspections and quality checks.
• Following SOPs and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and PPE compliance.

For this role, we would need you to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in manual spraying (e.g. automotive or ceramics).
• A solid understanding of spray techniques and finishing processes.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
