Our specialist kitchen and bathroom division, Fortune Brands Water Innovations, includes leading luxury UK brands: Shaws of Darwen, Perrin & Rowe, Victoria & Albert Baths, and Aqualisa, marketed under the umbrella brand, House of Rohl.
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Spray Cell Operative working across our two day shifts (Monday- Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm). In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining our manual spray booth to apply engobe undercoat and glaze paint to clay sinks with precision and consistency.
- Ensuring every sink meets our exacting standards before it moves to the kiln department, taking pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail.

- Operating automated or robotic spraying equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Performing detailed inspections and quality checks.
- Following SOPs and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and PPE compliance.
For this role, we would need you to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in manual spraying (e.g. automotive or ceramics).
