We are currently seeking a Senior Applications & Systems Analyst to join our fast-paced, vibrant team in Wolverhampton, at the heart of our expanding operations. Hours of Work: Full time

As a Senior Applications & Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and evolving core systems across all EMEAA locations, working closely with key stakeholders to implement major projects that enhance our ERP and reporting platforms. Your role is vital in ensuring operational efficiency and supporting our long-term digital strategy through system improvements and strategic analysis.

Duties include:

  • Leading the support and continuous improvement of ERP systems like EFACS8, Sage 300, and Sage 200.
  • Managing feasibility studies and vendor evaluations.
  • Contributing to architecture designs.
  • Supporting project planning.
  • Developing a deep understanding of business processes to shape innovative technology solutions.
  • Supporting prioritisation, conducting risk analyses, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated in Computer Science or Business Data Processing with at least five years of operational experience.
  • 5+ years of advanced programming skills with a solid understanding of SQL, JavaScript, XML, SSRS, and Power BI.
  • Experience leading small to large-scale ERP implementations within diverse organisations and geographies, including compliance with local regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into effective operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
