We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manual Sprayer to join our growing team. This role works across split shifts, Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing sinks prior to spraying, ensuring surfaces meet the highest quality standards
  • Carrying out detailed pre-spray inspections
  • Spraying engobe undercoat or glaze paint onto sinks with precision and consistency
  • Supporting the movement of products through the spray process
  • Taking pride in delivering a flawless finish on every luxury product
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards through regular cleaning of the work area

What you are already great at:

  • Previous manual spraying experience (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Following SOPs and processes consistently
  • Working towards and achieving production targets
  • Identifying and communicating defects, unsafe practices, or equipment issues
  • Being organised, methodical, and reliable in your approach

For this role, we would need you to demonstrate:
