We are currently looking for a Facilities & Engineering Lead to join our energetic and innovative team in Westerham (Kent, England). Hours of Work: full-time
The Facilities & Engineering Lead will oversee all engineering and facilities functions, leading teams to optimise site operations, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. You will be a hands-on leader, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure reliable machinery and infrastructure performance across our facilities.
Facilities & Engineering Lead Requirements:- Significant experience leading Manufacturing and/or Maintenance Engineering teams
- Proven background in designing and implementing new product lines using cellular manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
- Knowledge of managing contractors and overseeing facility management regulations
