IT Technician

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic IT Technician to join our busy team in Westerham – TN16. As an IT Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our IT infrastructure, catering to both local and remote users across our EMEAA operations. Your responsibilities will include managing helpdesk queries, maintaining IT systems, and documenting processes to ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations. You will be integral in troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and educating users on new technologies, making a significant impact on our team\’s effectiveness and efficiency. Hours of Work: This is a permanent, full-time position.
